Bruschetta Topping
1 C diced fresh tomatoes
1 C chopped artichoke hearts (can or jar)
4 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 C extra virgin olive oil
1/2 C balsamic vinegar
3 T Malia™ Seasonings

Stir all ingredients together in a bowl. Serve with rustic
crackers or sliced baguette pieces. Serve slightly chilled.

Herb Cream Cheese
1 lb soft cream cheese
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 T Malia™ Seasonings

Soften cream cheese. Add crushed garlic and
Malia™ Seasonings. Blend thoroughly.

Bread Dipping Oil
1 C extra virgin olive oil
1/3 C balsamic vinegar
4 cloves crushed garlic
1/3 C grated Parmesan cheese
4 T Malia™ Seasonings

Put all ingredients in covered jar or bottle. Shake vigorously.
Serve in dipping plate with crusty Artisan bread.

Marinara Sauce Dip
1 large can fresh Italian
tomatoes (crushed)
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 T extra virgin olive oil
2 t Malia™ Seasonings

Stir all ingredients together until flavors gel.
